Scrapbook Layout for Library Class!

Hey there Bleeps (blog peeps!) !!
I hope your week has been fab so far!!! Today's project is for an upcoming scrapbooking class that I will be teaching at the local library!!! If you are local, please contact me and I'll help you sign up!!! The fee is only $5 for material cost!!! Great deal if you ask me!!! We will be using the bigshot as you can see. I kept the layout clean and simple, since I'm not sure if anyone will have scrapbooked before!!! I did the progressive style scrapbooking as I find it easier to start off with ,if you are a scrapbook newbie!!!;)

Sneak Peak Scrapbook PAge!

Here is a sneak peak on the 6 x6 scrapbook page we will make at my Workshop in Nov. They will get to make the 6x6 scrapbook page. Then I will show then how to take that and add it to a 8 1/2 x 11,then add that to a 12x12. This is called Progressive Scrapbooking!!! I made a mistake with my journaling....my chocolate chip went dry, so then I had to go over that with my basic black marker!!! Do you think it will work? Or should I redo that part?

Scrapbook Layout

My mom sent these pics of her so I could scrapbook them. She is going to have it framed to give to my grandma for her 80th Birthday!! Isn't my mom beautiful??? I hope I hold up as well as her someday! Enjoy the rest of your day!! Ta!

Scrapbook Layouts

OK, May has been National Scrapbooking Month.....did you know that??? Well,I didn't do any 'new' pages this month....in fact, I haven't done traditional scrapbooking since last year!!! I'm sooooo bad, and to top that off....the pictures in these scrapbook layouts are from 2003.....except for the first two page layouts!! Those picture are from when my oldest son was about 5 yrs. old....he'll be 18 in Dec.!!! I have so many old photos to scrapbook,it's not even funny!! I don't own a 35 mm anymore,does anyone nowadays?? So, when I do scrapbook ,it's digitally using MDS from SU!!! Love that program!!! You can click on the pics to enlarge the photo.
I wanted to tell you guys how touched I was, from all the sweet uplifting comments during the Memorial Day Blog Hop!!!! Thank you so much,I'm trying to go through and visit everyone's blogs to do the same!!! I had a blast during the hop and I hope you did as well!! Operation Write Home is such a great organization....hope you have the time to find out how you can participate!!! It's all about giving back....and after the stories and videos shared during the hop....I don't see how anyone would be able to not to help out in some way!! Have a great Memorial Day and stop to say a prayer to all those serving in our military......thanks for stopping by!! ;)
