Carousel Swan Card!

Hello Stampin' Peeps!
I hope you are having a great day so far! Well, the card today is for a sweet lady who always buys my cards from me. She is always having me make 'out-of-the-box' type cards!!! So, she asked me to make a swan carousel card!!! Um, I have no swan stamps....I do have a few carousel horse digital stamps....but that's it!!! What to do.....so, I contacted Sherry from Bits of Cheer! She came to my rescue!! She is not only apparently very talented....as you can see here from this wonderful drawing. But, she is the sweetest and most sincere person as well!!! So, I decided to make it an easel card....I know big surprise right? Two things I do alot.....easel cards and sponging, LOL!!! Don't forget to stop on over at Sherry's blog to tell her the world needs her beautiful artwork as digi stamps....maybe as a group we can talk her into it!!!;)*HINT~HINT* Have a great day and thanks for stopping by ;)

Oh my, Holley! This is absolutely, drop dead gorgeous!!!! I love the glitter on the wings and carousel pole for dimension! All of the edgework makes this card even more stunning! You definately have the Midas touch for cardmaking!

Thanks so much for your prayers for Chelsey! I make copies of all of the emails and other comments, so she has these to look at to help comfort her. We are trying to convince her to treat it like a spa, but I'm not quite sure she has it visualized this way yet! Chelsey's original due date was Dec. 31st, but it looks like he will enter the world much earlier! The hospital even allowed her hubby to bring up their dog (a boxer) the other day. He laid in bed with her the whole time except when they let her go outside in the wheelchair. He really misses her too!

Great idea about the blogging! She's been wanting me to do a website for their dog training/boarding business, but this would be the perfect time for her to get the details listed on a blog. She is an Animal Welfare Officer, so she also has great tips to share for all types of situations that I would never think about. Thanks! Lee

All I can say is WOW! I love making easel cards but this one is really beautiful. I'm sure going to try your technique for the cards.

Thanks for sharing.
