I made this card today for the Sweet Stampin' Challenge Blog. The theme was Winter Wonderland. I was trying to be careful how much ribbon I used....so I glued on the bow and just put the length of the ribbon on the blue layer to conserve, LOL!!! I used a retired Stampin' Up! stamp set.
