St Patty Card

Hello and Happy St. Patty's Day to you!! So,I found a free digi stamp from Jill's Jems @ http://www.jhaddad59.blogspot.com/ . She has some cute digi stamps for sale. I am just now getting into digi stamps,I colored the little leprechaun in using some markers and ink water coloring. He did smear some....so I'm not sure how to address that issue.
