cards for troops kids

Hey there Bleeps (blog peeps!)
I made two cards today for our American Soldier's. I send them to an organization called Operation Write Home. They have different challenges to get you in the creative mood, here's the sketch from this weeks challenge and I also combined it with the kid's card challenge!!!

Here's my take on the challenge, as you can see I made a boy and a girl card. I liked this simple sketch.....didn't take me long to make both cards!!!! I did change up the girl card a little, and I had to add my sentiment there...I got a dab of ink in that spot, LOL!!! ;)
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!!!!;)

Card Recipes (for both):
Cardstocks: Naturals Vanilla,Wild Wasabi,Tangerine Tango and Melon Mambo
Inks: Pacific Point,Wild Wasabi,Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry
Rich Razzleberry Polka Dot Ribbon (retired)
Create a Cupcake stamp set (retired)
and a scrap of DSP
Cupcake Builder Punch
