You Stole My Heart!

Hey bleeps!
Today's card I did for the Operation Write Home Sketch Challenge. This card turned out a little busy to me, too much patterns of DSP maybe? and might I add....the card looked way better in my head, seems they always do though, don't they? If I would have added layers on each one of the different patterns of DSP I think that would've helped some....but oh, well....too late now, LOL!! Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day ;)

Here's the Sketch they gave us:

and Here's my take on it:

Card Recipe:
  1. Card stocks: Crumb Cake,VV,Pretty in Pink,Real Read
  2. Sending Love Specialty DSP (retired)
  3. Love Bandit Stamp Set (retired)
  4. Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslit Die
  5. Full Heart Punch
  6. Small Heart Punch
  7. Real Red Taffeta Ribbon
  8. Pinking Hearts Border Punch
  9. Inks: Black and Brown Stazon,Real Red and Pretty in Pink

I think your card turned out sweet! With all the neutral colors the soldiers see all the time this will certainly brighten their day and make the person they send it to very happy!

Holley, I really like this card. Sometimes having a lot going on in a design is good. It keeps the viewer interested in exploring the details.

Hi Holley, I think your card is so pretty. And it has so much depth - like 3D! A gal would be thrilled to find that in her mail.
